Refund Policy
HOUSE OF ASCENDED NOBILITY™ Academy
A noble decision is made with care. Please read this policy before you enroll or pay.
1. All payments are non-refundable
All tuition, membership fees and other payments made to the Academy are non-refundable. This includes every installment. The Academy does not offer refund windows, satisfaction guarantees or exceptions.
By enrolling or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to every offering of the Academy, including:
- The Full Royal Ascension Program, whether paid in full or in 6 payments of $449
- House Membership, annual and monthly
- Royal Ascension Private Experience
- Masterclass
- Private 1:1 sessions
- Ascended Circle membership
3. Installment plans
The 6 payments of $449 plan is a commitment to pay all six installments. Choosing it is an agreement to pay the full program tuition in installments. It is not a trial or a month to month arrangement. Withdrawing or stopping attendance does not cancel installments that remain due, and installments already paid are not refunded.
4. Cancelling a monthly membership
You may cancel a monthly House Membership at any time. Cancelling stops future billing only. Amounts already paid are not refunded, and your access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
To cancel, email houseofascendednobility@gmail.com from the address on your membership and ask to cancel. Please send your request at least 5 days before your next billing date so that it can be processed in time. A request received after a billing date does not reverse that payment.
Annual memberships are paid for the full year. You may choose not to renew, and the Academy will not refund the year already paid.
5. Missed or failed payments
If an installment or membership payment is missed or declined, the amount remains due. The Academy may contact you to update your payment details. Until the payment is made, the Academy may pause your access to program materials, sessions and member benefits. Pausing access does not remove the amount owed.
6. Sessions, Masterclass and Private 1:1
Private Experience, Masterclass and Private 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once paid. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, contact the Academy as early as you can. The Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer to reschedule. A reschedule is a courtesy and is never a right to a refund.
7. Program changes or interruptions
The Academy may update its schedule, lessons, format or materials to keep the program strong. If a session is delayed or interrupted, the Academy will work to deliver it at another time. Changes or interruptions do not entitle you to a refund. Withdrawing from the program, or not completing it, does not entitle you to a refund of any amount paid.
